Toddlers' Dress in Two Lengths and Panties: The dress with skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline has bias bound high round neckline, back zipper, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and self fabric tie ends. V. 1, 2 & 4 are regular length. V. 1, 2 & 3 have sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. V. 1 with embroidered braid, rick-rack and ribbon bow trim features contrasting long sleeves and front sections. V. 2 dress with short sleeves features embroidered braid trim. Ankle length V. 3 with embroidered eyelet beading and ribbon bow has short sleeves and contrasting front sections. V. 4 has short flared sleeves and rick-rack trim. Panties with elastic waistline casing have leg casings forming self ruffles.
