Hollywood B470 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1940's ladies one piece dress vintage sewing pattern.  With or without fly.  

Dress features drop shoulders forming cap sleeves. Convertible collar or v-neck with collar.  Seven piece skirt with pockets at side front.   This pattern is unprinted.
