1960's junior child's long sleeve blouse, front buttoned vest and skirt pattern

The blouse with collar and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has a front button closing and optional bow trim.  The skirt with front inverted pleat has a side zipper, elastic encased in back of buttoned waistband and optional top-stitching.  The lined sleeveless and collarless vest features welts and a front button closing.
