Simplicity 7197 Toddlers' Dress and Pinafore Dress in Two Lengths and Pants (Transfer for Embroidery Included) - The long or short dress with optional rick-rack trim and ribbon tie belt has below elbow length raglan sleeves and elastic casings at neck and sleeve edges forming self ruffles. The pinafore dress with bodice and gathered skirt stitched to waistband has square neckline, back button closing, self ruffles and optional tie ends and embroidery. The long pinafore has optional picot edging. The short pinafore has optional embroidered eyelet edging. The pants have elastic waistline casing.
