Very loose-fitting dress one inch above mid-knee or floor length has scooped elasticized neckline, self neckline ruffle and self hemline ruffle with purchased lace or ribbon trim, elasticized waistline, self hemline ruffle with purchased lace or ribbon trim and purchased ribbon tie belt. View A has full length raglan sleeves with elasticized wrists forming self ruffle. Views B and C have short elasticized raglan sleeves with or without lace trim.
