Simplicity 9246 Child's Cape Dress and Scarf - The dress with back zipper and high round neckline has pleated skirt stitched to bodice below normal waistline. Lace edging trimmed V. 1 with short set-in sleeves has ribbon tie belt. Sleeveless V. 2 has matching scarf. The faced cape with top-stitched arm openings can be made with loops and buttons or with ribbon bows and hooks and eyes.
