Simplicity 9291 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Child's One-piece Dress & Bolero vintage pattern. A "Simple-To-Sew" pattern. 

The dress with back zipper opening has high round neckline, below elbow length sleeves gathered with elastic casing forming self ruffle and optional novelty braid or picot edging trim.  The lined bolero has optional ribbon ties.  When made of lace the bolero has picot edging trim.
