Young Girls' pullover dress Vintage Patterns: Top-stitched dress with flared skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline has button front bodice gathered to forward shoulder seams, "Peter Pan" collar, pockets in side seams, and optional tie belt and satin ribbon bow at neck. V. 1 and 2 have short gathered sleeves with turn-back cuffs and features optional picot edging. V. 2 has contrasting collar and cuffs.
